1. How do I access my course after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a direct download link to your course. You can download and access the PDF instantly on any device.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder. If you still have issues, contact us at mpouli.co@gmail.com.
2. Are your courses beginner-friendly?
Yes! Our courses are designed for complete beginners as well as those looking to improve their knowledge. Each course includes step-by-step instructions and real-world strategies to help you succeed, even if you're just starting.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

✔ Shopify Payments (depending on availability in your country)
All payments are securely processed through Shopify or Payhip, ensuring 100% payment protection.
4. Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
Because our courses are digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a course has been downloaded, we cannot process a refund.
